| B超断层检查诊断输尿管口囊肿的价值 | |

| 摘 要： | 为探讨Ｂ超断层检查诊断输尿管口囊肿的价值，对１９８５￣１９９６年收治的２５例输尿管口囊肿的临床资料进行分析。结果２５例中首先经Ｂ超检查提出诊断的有２３例，经膀胱镜检查确诊的有２５例，有２４例经手术证实。结合文献对输尿管口囊肿的病因学及Ｂ超断层检查对输尿管口囊肿的诊断价值进行了讨论，认为采用Ｂ超断层检查诊断输尿管口囊肿与ＩＶＵ及膀胱镜检查同样准确，且简单易行，费用低，患者无痛苦。 |

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the diagnostic value of B-ultrasonography in the cyst of ureteral orifice, 25 patients with the cyst of ureteral orifice were analyzed clinically from 1985 to 1996. Of which 23 cases were diagnsed by Hultrasonography, 25 cases by cystoscopy, 24 cases were confirtned by oPeratinn. The etiology of ureteral orifice cyst and the diagnostie sboficance of B-ultrasonography were discussed. It was considered that B-ultrasonography was an accuracy, simple,cheap and no pain diagnostic method of the ureteral orifice cyst. |
