| 摘 要： | 目的建立用双波长分光光度法测定甲硝唑氯霉素酊中甲硝唑的含量。方法以236nm为测定波长,314nm为参比波长。以吸收度差ΔA而求得其浓度。结果甲硝唑浓度范围内在5~25μg.mL-1之间线性良好,r=0.999 8。方法回收率98.8%,RSD为1.03%。结论本方法操作简便,准确性较好,适合甲硝唑氯霉素酊中甲硝唑的含量的测定。
