| 摘 要： | 目的：分析医疗保险实时结算对HIS的影响.方法：通过代表性实例说明问题并给出相应的解决方案.结果：通过实例分析,总结了医疗保险实时结算对HIS的影响主要在三方面：打破HIS事务处理封闭性、带来安全隐患和改变HIS的功能及流程.结论：针对医疗保险实时结算对HIS的影响,HIS需要相应的改变才能保证医疗保险政策在医院的顺利实施.

| Abstract: | Objective： The paper analyses the impact on real-time medical insurance settlement in HiS. Methods： It describes the impact by the representative instances. Results： The impact contains three domains mainly： break out the transaction integrity of the data-handle, bring the hidden danger for network security, change the functions and workflows in HIS. Conclusion： The paper resolves the main problems of charging. The ways that paper provides has adaptability and flexibility at large in the complex domestic actuality specially. |
