摘    要:目的检测乳腺癌组织中let-7 microRNA的表达状况。方法采用地高辛配基标记探针的非同位素原位杂交技术检测35例乳腺癌组织石蜡切片。结果在35例标本中,25例乳腺癌组织的石蜡切片let-7 microRNA阳性表达,蓝紫色的阳性染色颗粒位于癌细胞的胞浆,背景清晰。结论建立了一种检测let-7 microRNA的方法,对乳腺癌组织进行检测,为以后研究乳腺癌致病机制,诊断和靶向治疗乳腺癌打下实验基础。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of let-7 microRNA in human breast cancer.Methods In situ hybridization(ISH)of formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded(FFPE) archival tissues sections of 35 human breast cancer have been done using digoxigenin labeled let-7 probe to identify the expression of let-7.Results ISH with LNA probes against let-7 microRNAwere performed in 35 human breast cancer.Let-7 had particularly high levels of expression in 25 samples.Conclusion This suggests that the technique of ISH is a specific,...
