丹参药材中水溶性及脂溶性成分的电喷雾离子阱质谱研究

摘    要: 目的 通过应用电喷雾-离子阱质谱,对丹参药材中的水溶性及脂溶性成分进行较为全面的质谱行为考察。方法 分别对8个丹参对照品进行了多级质谱裂解分析,并总结了水溶性丹酚酸类和脂溶性丹参酮类成分的裂解规律。对丹参药材进行了液相-质谱联用分析及多级质谱分析,根据裂解规律对药材中的目标成分进行归属。结果 鉴别和归属了丹参药材中的30个成分。结论 应用离子阱质谱的多级裂解信息对中药材中的复杂成分进行结构解析和鉴别,可以为中药材的质量控制乃至中药制剂的质量标准研究提供丰富的信息。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop an electrospray ionization-ion trap mass spectrometry for identification and analysis of constituents in Salvia miltiorrhiza. METHODS The eight reference standards were determined by MSn analysis with fragmentation pathways of water-soluble phenolic and lipophilic tanshinone constituents. The rapid analysis by HPLC-ESI-MS and MSn analysis was used for identification of constituents in Salvia miltiorrhiza. RESULTS 30 constituents were identified and structural elucidated. CONCLUSION A pathway was provided for identification and structural analysis of traditional Chinese herbal medicines.
