千里香中多甲氧基黄酮类成分

摘    要: 目的 研究千里香叶及其嫩枝中多甲氧基黄酮类成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法对千里香提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过现代谱学方法及其理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果 从千里香叶及其嫩枝中分离鉴定了7个多甲氧基黄酮类化合物,分别为:5,3′-二羟基-6,7,4′,5′-四甲氧基黄酮(1),5, 4′-二羟基-7, 3′-二甲氧基黄酮(2),5-羟基-7, 3′, 4′-三甲氧基黄酮(3),(2S)-5, 6, 7, 3′, 4′-五甲氧基二氢黄酮(4),5, 6, 7, 8, 3′, 4′, 5′-七甲氧基黄酮(5),5-羟基-6, 7, 3′, 4′-四甲氧基黄酮(6),(2S)-5, 6, 7, 3′, 4′, 5′-六甲氧基二氢黄酮(7)。结论 化合物1~7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the polymethoxylated flavonoids in the leaves of Murraya paniculata. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatographic methods of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 etc. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic evidence and physicochemical properties. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 5,3′-dihydroxy-7,8,4′,5′-tetramethoxyflavone (1),5,4′-dihydroxy-7,3′-dimethoxyflavone (2), 5-hydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavone (3), (2S)-5,6,7,3′,4′-pentamethoxyflavanone (4), 5,6,7,8,3′,4′,5′-heptamethoxyflavone (5), 5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′ tetramethoxyflavone (6) and (2S)-5,6,7,3′,4′,5′-hexamethoxyflavanone (7). CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from the genus Murraya for the first time.
