| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨全膝关节置换术的护理要点。方法 观察分析 3 6例全膝关节置换术后的护理问题、措施及效果。结果 病人心理需求得到满足 ,患膝功能恢复 ,生活质量提高。结论 指导病人克服心理障碍、早期主动进行功能锻炼是全膝关节置换术后护理的关键 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nurs in g outline for total knee arthoplasty.Methods Thirty six patien ts with total knee arthoplasty were observed and the postoperative nursing issue s,measurement and effectiveness were analysed.Results The patie nts were satisfied with mentality health and postoperative function rehabilitati on.Conclusion The key point for a success postoperative nursing of total knee arthoplasty is how to guide patient for conquering mental obstacl e and making a positive function exercise at the early stage. |
