康爱保生丸联合HAART治疗艾滋病疗效分析

目的:观察康爱保生丸联合HAART治疗HIV/AIDS患者的临床疗效。方法:选择符合入选标准的HIV/AIDS患者179例,采用康爱保生丸联合HAART治疗18个月后,观察治疗前后患者临床症状、体征总积分、卡洛夫斯基积分、CD4计数、安全性指标进行效果分析。结果:经治疗18个月后患者临床症状、体征、卡洛夫斯基积分、CD4细胞计数、安全性指标较治疗前明显好转。结论:在HAART疗法的基础上加用康爱保生丸能显著缓解患者的临床症状、提升CD4细胞计数,促进免疫重建及降低患者治疗过程中产生的毒副作用,改善生活质量,延长患者生存时间。

Efficacy Analysis of Kangaibaosheng Pills on the Treatment of AIDS Patients by Combining with HAART

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kangaibaosheng Pills on the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients by combining with HAART.Methods: 179 patients who met the criteria of HIV/AIDS were chosen and treated with Kangaibaosheng Pills and HAART.The clinical symptoms,the signs total score,Carlo Minkowski integral,CD4 count and the security index of the patients were observed and analyzed before and after the treatment 18 months later.Results: The clinical symptoms,the signs,Carlo Minkowski integral,CD4 cell count and the security index of the patients markedly improved after the treatment.Conclusion: Based on HAART,Kangaibaosheng Pills can significantly alleviate their clinical symptoms,enhance their CD4 cell count and promote their immune reconstitution and reduce the drug side effects,improve the quality of their life and prolong their survival time.
