| 摘 要： | 目的建立下颌单侧游离端冠外精密附着体三维有限元模型，为附着体义齿应力分析提供基础。方法采用CT扫描和I-DEAS软件，手工建模。结果建立了能够应用接触单元的下颌单侧游离端冠外精密附着体三维有限模型。结论采用I-DEAS软件可建立游离端冠外精密附着体三维有限元模型，此模型能反映冠外精密附着体构件之间义齿的接触关系，提高模型的仿真性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To construct three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular single distal-extension removable partial denture with precision extracomnal attachment and provide a new method for the stress analysis of dentine with attachment. Methotis CT scan and I-DEAS software was used, the model construction was handmade. Results The three-dimensional finite element of mandibular single distal-extension removable partial denture with precision exeracoronal attachment was constructed, contact element was used in the model. Conclusion Three-dimensional finite element model of denture with precision extracoronal attachment can be made by I-DEAS software,the model can show the contact relations of extracomnal attachment and have better simulation. |
