| Abstract: | In this paper, thrombin-like snake venom enzyme (TLE) was analyzed and a determination method for TLE was set up. The method is simple, has a high sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility, and the endpoint is easy to be judged. It is potential for the effective components analysis and the quality control of thrombin like snake venom enzyme. |
