摘    要:
目的建立三叉苦Melicope pteleifolia(Champion ex Bentham) T.G.Hartley的质量标准。方法 TLC法定性鉴别20批样品;《中国药典》方法测定水分、浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含有量;HPLC法测定N-反式-对香豆酰酪胺、茵芋碱、白鲜碱、吴茱萸春碱含有量。结果 TLC斑点清晰,分离度良好;20批样品中水分、浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含有量范围分别为3.68%~8.83%、3.28%~7.29%、0.89%~1.41%、0.02%~0.13%;4种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 7),平均加样回收率96.95%~103.16%,RSD 1.60%~1.92%。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于三叉苦的质量控制。

Abstract:
AIM To establish the quality standard for Melicope pteleifolia (Champion ex Bentham) T. G.Hartley. METHODS TLC was adopted in the qualitative identification of twenty batches of samples. Chinese Pharmacopoeia method was applied to determining water, extract, total ash and acid-insoluble ash contents. HPLC was used for the content determination of N-trans-p-coumaroyltyramine, skimmianine, dictamnine and evolitrine. RESULTS The clear TLC spots exhibited good resolution. Water, extract, total ash and acid-insoluble ash demonstrated the content ranges of 3.68%-8.83%, 3.28%-7.29%, 0.89%-1.41% and 0.02%-0.13%, respectively. Four constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (r≥0.999 7), whose average recoveries were 96.95%-103.16% with the RSDs of 1.60%-1.92%. CONCLUSION This stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of M. pteleifolia.
