75%乙醇浸泡消毒气管内套管流程再造及效果研究

目的探讨75%乙醇消毒气管内套管的消毒效果及75%乙醇持续使用的时间。方法选择正在使用透明PVC材料内套管患者共46例,并于乙醇新开启时和使用过程中24、48、72 h进行乙醇浓度测定及含菌量测定（消毒液为连续使用96 h）。结果 75%乙醇连续使用72 h浓度无明显变化,且可保证物品消毒效果。结论 75%乙醇浸泡消毒法是一种效果可靠、成本低、操作简便安全的消毒方法,乙醇可持续使用72 h。

Process reengineering and effect study of 75% alcohol immerses disinfection for the endotracheal tube

Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of 75% alcohol for the endotracheal tube and their lasting time.Methods 46 patients using silicon rubber casing were selected,the concentration and bacterial content were measured at 24h,48h and 72h after the opening and use of alcohol（continuous using time of thimerosal was 96h）.Results The concentration of 75% alcohol has no significant change after 72h continuous use.The disinfection effect was certifiably.Conclusion 75% alcohol immerses disinfection method is a kind of effect guarantee,low cost,simple operation and safety method,and the effect lasts about 72 hours.
