| 摘 要： | 目的探讨拉米夫定联合泼尼松治疗乙型肝炎（以下简称乙肝）病毒相关性肾炎（HBV-GN）的临床疗效及安全性。方法 22例乙肝病毒相关性肾炎（HBV-GN）患者采用拉米夫定联合泼尼松治疗。结果 22例患者中总有效率为86%,治疗3、6个月,24 h尿蛋白定量明显低于治疗前（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）。结论拉米夫定联合泼尼松治疗HBV-GN既可抑制乙肝病毒复制,又可抑制肾脏免疫损伤,是治疗HBV-GN的安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combination treatment of Lamivudine and Prednisolone on hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis（HBV-GN）.Methods Twenty-two cases of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis hepatitis were put in a Lamivudine in combination with Prednisolone treated group.Results The total effective rate in 22 patients was 86%.The quantity of 24 hours proteinuria after 3 and 6 months treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Combined treatment of Lamivudine and Prednisolone is effective and safe for hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis,can inhibit the hepatitis B virus replication and kidney immune injury. |
