妊娠期糖尿病和妊娠结局的临床研究

目的探讨早期积极治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院收治的确诊为GDM的患者共200例,其中经产前筛查确诊,进行及时治疗血糖控制良好者为观察组(n=120例);而早期未及时发现并且血糖控制不理想者为对照组(n=80例)。对两组孕产妇的妊娠结局等进行对比分析。结果观察组孕妇并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组围产儿并发症比较发现,观察组发生率显著低于对照组。结论 GDM应早期进行常规筛查,并给予及时有效治疗,能明显降低相关并发症发生率,显著改善妊娠结局。

Clinical research of gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy outcome

Objective To study the treatment with early positive gestational diabetes ( GDM) to the influence of the pregnancy outcome.Methods Choose a total of 200 patients who werew diagnosed with GDM in our hosptail into two groups. The patient with screen of prenatal diagnosis,treatment in time and blood glucose control good for the observation group ( n = 120 cases) ,while be not discovered in time and blood glucose control failure for the control group ( n = 80 cases) . Two groups of maternal pregnancy outcomes are compared and analyzed. Results The observation group complication rates significantly lower than the control group pregnant women; two groups of perinatal infant complications comparison,the observation group significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion GDM should be given early routine screening and timely effective treatment. It can significantly reduce the relat complications and improve the pregnancy outcome.
