摘 要: | 目的:研究内蒙古西部地区土壤中水溶性硒含量分布,为富硒作物种植地区的选择提供科学依据。方法:采集579份耕地土壤样品,用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定其中的水溶性硒含量。结果:巴彦淖尔、包头、鄂尔多斯、乌海4个地区地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量差异有统计学意义,其中巴彦淖尔、包头地区地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量均高于鄂尔多斯;巴彦淖尔、包头地下水与黄河水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量差异均有统计学意义,均为地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量值较高;巴彦淖尔和包头两地黄河水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量差异无统计学意义。结论:在被调查的四个地区中,巴彦淖尔和包头地区地下水灌溉的土壤中水溶性硒含量最高,可考虑作为富硒作物的种植地区。

A Study on the Distribution of Water -soluble Selenium in the Soil of the Western Part of Inner Mongolia |

Abstract: | Objective:To provide a scientific basis for the people's selection of a proper growing area for selenium-rich crops,a study was made on the distribution of water-soluble selenium in the soil of the western part of Inner Mongolia.Methods: 579 samples of farm land soil in different places throughout the involved area were collected and the water-soluble selenium of these samples was determined by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry,with all the data analyzed in statistical method.Results: There were significant differences in water-soluble selenium content of the soil irrigated by groundwater among Bayannaoer,Baotou,Ordos and Wuhai.The water-soluble selenium content in the groundwater-irrigated soil at Bayannaoer and Baotou is significantly higher than that at Ordos.There was a statistically significant difference in the water-soluble selenium content between the yellow river-irrigated soil and groundwater-irrigated soil at Baotou and Bayannaoer.In the both areas the groundwater-irrigated soil has a higher water-soluble selenium content.There was no statistically significant difference between Bayannaoer and Baotou in the water-soluble selenium content of the yellow river-irrigated soil.Conclusion: Of the four involved areas,Bayannaoer and Baotou,whose groundwater-irrigated soil has the highest water-soluble selenium content,can be considered as proper growing areas for selenium-rich drops. |
