| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨疏血通注射剂不良反应（ADR）的特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究方法,对中国知网（CNKI）期刊全文数据库1994-2010年报道的疏血通注射剂ADR病例进行统计分析。结果：疏血通注射剂引起ADR在60岁以上的高年龄组发生率较高,ADR累及多个器官系统,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为过敏反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论：临床医务工作者应了解疏血通注射剂所致ADR的一般规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少ADR的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions（ADR） induced by shuxuetong injection to provide some referential guidance for rational administration in clinic.Methods： A retrospective analysis was conducted on 61 reports of ADR induced by traditional Chinese medicine injections during the period from 1994 to 2010 retrieved from CNKI database.Results： ADR are mainly caused by therapeutic drugs for cardio-cerebrovascular disease and often occurred in the people aged over 60.Clinical manifestations of ADR were various,involving multiple organs and systems,and mainly were allergic reactions.Conclusion： Doctors and pharmacists should know the general rules and characteristics of ADR,and administration of shuxuetong injection should be under strict monitoring and examination to reduce the occurrence of serious ADR. |
