外固定器固定与小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效研究

目的比较探讨外固定器固定与小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法对43例桡骨远端骨折患者采用外固定器固定治疗（观察组），35例采用小夹板固定治疗（对照组），评估比较两组患者影像学表现、腕关节活动范围等客观指标。结果治疗后两组患者各时间段的影像学和腕关节活动范围较固定前改善明显（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗8周后影像学疗效积分等级优良率高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论外固定器治疗桡骨远端骨折效果优于小夹板固定法，更适用于复位固定困难的桡骨远端骨折。但是外固定器费用较高。

Comparative study on the effectiveness of dynamic external fixator and small splint fixation for treating distal radius fractures

Objective To compare the effectiveness of external fixation and small splint fixation in managing distal radius fractures.Methods Seventy-eight cases of distal radius fractures were randomized into two groups.Forty-three patients received external fixation(observation group)and the others had small splint fixation(control group).The functional activity and radiological changes of all the patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results At each time point after treatment,significant achievement appeared both radiologically and functionally in all patients(P<0.05).The markedly effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control(P<0.05).Conclusion External fixator and small splint fixation both achieve good outcomes for managing distal radius fracture.External fixation has better clinical effectiveness than small splint fixation when considering patient’s mobility and independence during the fixation period.It is worth to consider whether it would be an economically viable option for this group of patients.
