摘    要:目的 构建感控投入成本测量指标体系,为进一步开展医院感染卫生经济学研究提供成本测量参考。方法 通过文献分析、研究小组讨论、专家咨询建立指标池,采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行咨询,通过汇总、修改、迭代后,获取趋于一致的结论。结果 两轮德尔菲咨询的专家积极系数分别为100%、94.4%,权威系数分别为0.82、0.83,协调系数分别为0.24、0.47(P均<0.05),最终建立了包含17项指标的感控投入成本测量指标体系。结论 参与研究的专家代表性好,积极程度与权威程度高,一致性好,提示研究构建的感控投入成本测量指标体系具有一定的科学性、指导性,但需实际应用验证。

Abstract:Objective To construct a cost measurement index system for hospital infection control inputs to provide cost measurement reference for further research on the health economics of hospital infection. Methods A pool of indicators was established through literature analysis, research group discussion, and expert consultation. In total 18 experts were consulted using the Delphi method, and convergent conclusions were obtained through aggregation, modification, and iteration. Results Two rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted, and the positive coefficients of experts were 100% and 94.4%, the authority coefficients were 0.82 and 0.83, and the coordination coefficients were 0.24 and 0.47, respectively (P<0.05 for all). Finally, a cost measurement index system for hospital infection control input containing 17 indicators was established. Conclusion The experts participating in this study have good representativeness, high degree of positivity and authority, and gradual convergence of opinions, suggesting that the initially constructed cost measurement index system for hospital infection control inputs is scientific and instructive to some extent, but it still needs verification of practical application.
