补肾健骨汤对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标及性激素水平影响研究

目的:探讨补肾健骨汤对绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者骨代谢指标及性激素水平的影响。方法:选取100例PMOP患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均为50例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟补肾健骨汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后骨代谢指标骨钙素(OC)、碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、骨保护素(OPG)]、不同部位骨密度(腰椎、全髋、股骨颈)、性激素雌二醇(E₂)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)]水平、细胞因子白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)]以及数字疼痛评分(NRS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果:治疗后两组OC、BAP、OPG水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组OC、BAP、OPG水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组腰椎、全髋、股骨颈部位骨密度均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组腰椎、全髋、股骨颈部位骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组E₂水平高于治疗前，LH、FSH水平低于治疗前(P<0....

Effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction on bone metabolic indexes and sex hormone levels in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction on bone metabolism and sex hormone levels in postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)patients.Methods:100 patients with PMOP were selected as study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Jiangu decoction on the basis of control group.Compared the bone metabolism indexes osteocalcin(OC),alkaline phosphatase(BAP),osteoptetin(OPG)],bone mineral density in different parts(lumbar spine,total hip,femoral neck),sex hormones estradiol(E₂),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)],cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6)] and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、 Insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1), Digital Pain Score(NRS), and Oswellian Dysfunction Index(ODI)between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The levels of OC,BAP and OPG in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of OC,BAP and OPG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMD of lumbar,total hip and femoral neck in the two groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the BMD of lumbar,total hip and femoral neck in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E₂ level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the LH and FSH levels were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The E₂ level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the LH and FSH levels were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment and IGF-1 was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IGF-1 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS score and ODI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NRS score and ODI of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Jiangu decoction can effectively regulate bone metabolism index,sex hormone level and cytokine level,enhance bone density,improve osteoporosis symptoms.
