降低泌尿外科老年患者术后恐动症发生率

目的降低泌尿外科老年患者术后恐动症发生率，提高其生活质量。方法开展品管圈活动，运用品管手法及统计工具了解泌尿外科老年患者术后发生恐动症的原因，从疼痛管理、术后活动管理、管道方案优化、宣教方式改变等方面予以干预。结果泌尿外科老年患者术后恐动症发生率由67.92%降低至28.57%，且优化了管理流程。结论将品管圈活动应用于泌尿外科老年患者术后恐动症干预，取得了良好效果，值得推广。

Reducing the Incidence of Postoperative Kinetophobia in Elderly Patients with Urology Surgery

ObjectiveTo reduce the incidence of postoperative kinetophobia in elderly patients with urology surgery and improve patient's quality of life.MethodsTo carry out quality control circle activities, using quality control techniques and statistical tools to grasp the causes of postoperative kinetophobia in elderly patients with urology surgery, and intervention from pain management, postoperative activity management, pipeline program optimization, change of education methods.ResultsThe incidence of postoperative kinetophobia in elderly patients with urology surgery was reduced from 67.92% to 28.57%, and the management process was optimized.Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in the intervention of postoperative kinetophobia in elderly patients with urology surgery can achieve good results and is worth popularizing.
