医生助理岗位应用于日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术的效果分析

目的探讨医生助理岗位应用于日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术的效果。方法采用回顾性病例对照研究方法，收集2020年某院肝胆外科实施日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的病例资料，将2020年7月1日-12月31日配备医生助理的作为研究组，将2020年1月1日-6月30日未配备医生助理的作为对照组。结果与对照组比较，研究组当日日间手术取消率、入院前平均等待时间、非并发症延迟出院率、每例日间手术医生平均耗时均低于对照组（P＜0.05），甲级病案率、日间手术占择期手术比例、患者满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论设置日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术医生助理岗位，能够节约医生时间，提高工作效率，规范日间手术管理，提高患者满意度。

Effect Analysis of Physician Assistant Post Applied to Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Ambulatory Surgery

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of physician assistant post in ambulatory surgery of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.MethodsThe retrospective case-control study was adopted. The clinical data of patients who underwent ambulatory surgery in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of a hospital in 2020 was collected. Those who were equipped with a physician assistant from July 1 to December 31, 2020 were selected as the study group, and those who were not equipped with a physician assistant from January 1 to June 30, 2020 were selected as the control group.ResultsCompared with the control group,the surgery cancellation rate, the average waiting time before admission, the non-complication delayed discharge rate, and the average ambulatory surgery time per surgeon in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), the grade A medical record rate, the proportion of ambulatory surgery in elective surgery, and the patient satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Setting up the position of physician assistant in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can save doctors' time, improve work efficiency, standardize the management of ambulatory surgery, and improve patients' satisfaction.
