| 摘 要： | 目的比较舍曲林和舍曲林+认知行为治疗(CBT)对抑郁症的疗效。方法 120例抑郁症患者随机分为舍曲林组和CBT+舍曲林组。采用HAMD量表在治疗前及治疗后第8周末进行评定。结果舍曲林组和CBT+舍曲林组在治疗后HAMD评分均明显改善,后者改善更明显,两者改善程度有明显差异(P<0.05).结论 CBT结合舍曲林治疗抑郁症效果更好且需要维持治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of sertraline Plus Cognitive-behaVior Therapy（CBT）in Treatment of depression.Methods 120depression patients who met CCMD-3criterion were randomly divided into Sertraline group and Sertraline Plus C0gnitive-behaVior Therapy group,We measured the efficacy with HAMD.Results After treatment,the HAMD total scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment.The therapeutic efficacy in sertraline plus cognitive behavior therapy group was significantly higher than that in Sertraline group（P0.05）.Conclusion The study proved that sertraline Plus C0gnitive-behaVior Therapy（CBT）was more effective in treatment of depressions and the long-term,s effection is very good. |
