护理干预对交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折患者的影响

目的探讨护理干预对交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折患者的影响。方法将60例交锁髓内钉内固定治疗的胫骨骨折患者随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,干预组在给予综合护理干预,对照组仅给予骨外科常规护理,比较两组患者的住院天数以及护理满意度。结果干预组患者的住院天数显著短于对照组,干预组患者的护理满意度也显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理是手术成功的保证,对交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折效果显著,可明显缩短住院天数,促进患者早日恢复。

The Nursing Intervention to Pay Intramedullary Nailing Internal Fixation for Tibial Fractures the Influence of the Patients

Objective To explore the nursing intervention into intramedullary nailing internal fixation for tibial fractures the influence of the patients.Methods 60 patients with intramedullary nailing internal fixation for tibial fractures of the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group each 30 cases,intervention group given the comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group limited to bone surgery routine care,compared with two sets of patients in hospital days and care satisfaction.Results Intervention group of patients in hospital significantly short days in the control group,the intervention group of patients care satisfaction is also significantly higher than those in the control group,the two groups of comparisons are a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Implement a comprehensive care surgery is the guarantee of success,and make intramedullary nailing tibial fractures treatment effect significantly,can obviously reduce hospitalization days,promote the patient will recover soon.
