SD大鼠多余毛细胞的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:目的:观察SD大鼠耳蜗多余外毛细胞分布、形态,并探讨其发育规律。方法:大鼠4只,3周龄。取出耳蜗后用2.5%戊二醛固定1小时以上,去除骨壳、前庭膜、血管纹,制作扫描电镜标本。S-520型电镜扫描观察毛细胞形态,结果:耳蜗外毛细胞排列成规则的3排。4只大鼠中有2只在耳蜗某些部位可见多达5排以上外毛细胞。多余外毛细胞部分排列紊乱,越近底端越明显。结论:SD大鼠可出现多余外毛细胞。这种多余毛细胞排列不规则。

Abstract:To investigate the supernumerary hair cells of SD rat. Mathods:The cochlea were obtainedfrom four 3-week SD rats. The apex was punctured, and was then perfused through the oval window with glutaraldehyde.Specimens were post-fixed with 1% osmium-tetroxide for 30 min, then dehydraed, point-dried and sputter-coated withgold-palladium. The specimens were studied by scanning electron microscope. Results: Supernumerary outer hair cellsranged up to 5 rows were observed. Most of them rowd irregularly. Conclusions: These studies provide evidence for thepresence of supernumerary outer hair cells in the rat cochlea.
