2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清脂联素、超敏C反应蛋白的相关性

摘    要:
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并急性初发及复发脑梗死患者血清脂联素(ADP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化,以及两者与T2DM及脑梗死的一些危险因素的相关性。方法对单纯T2DM患者60例(A组),T2DM合并初发脑梗死患者120例(B组),T2DM合并复发脑梗死患者122例(C组),对照组60例(D组,不伴有脑梗死及T2DM者),分别采用ELISA法及放射免疫比浊法测定血清ADP及hs-CRP水平。结果 (1)A、B、C组血清ADP水平明显低于D组,hs-CRP水平明显高于D组(均P〈0.05);(2)B、C组血清ADP水平明显低于A组,hs-CRP水平明显高于A组(均P〈0.05);(3)C组血清ADP水平明显低于B组,hs-CRP水平明显高于B组(均P〈0.05);(4)ADP与hs-CRP水平成显著负相关(r=0.856,P〈0.01)。结论血清ADP水平降低及hs-CRP水平增高均是T2DM合并脑梗死的独立危险因素,两者均可作为预测脑梗死复发的检测指标。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the changes of serum adiponectin(ADP) and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients complicated by acute onset and recurrent cerebral infarction,and both correlation between ADP and hs-CRP,and T2DM and risk factors of cerebral infarction,seeking for new tests for clinical indicators.Methods Observing the 60 simple patients with T2DM(group A),120 patients with T2DM complicated by cerebral infarction in the new-onset cases(group B),122 cases of recurrent cerebral infarction in T2DM(group C) and the control group(group D) among which in 60 cases there were no cerebral infarction and T2DM.By ELISA and RIA turbidimetry assay the serum level of ADP and hs-CRP was determined.Results(1)The serum ADP level in group A,B and C was lower than that in group D,hs-CRP level was higher than that in group D(all P0.05).(2)The serum ADP level in group B and C was lower than that in group A,hs-CRP level was higher than that in group A(all P0.05).(3)The serum ADP level in group C was lower than that in group B,hs-CRP level was higher than that in group B(all P0.05).(4) ADP and hs-CRP level was negative related(r=0.856,P0.01).Conclusion Reduced serum levels of ADP and increased hs-CRP level are independent risk factors for T2DM complicated by cerebral infarction.Both are a prediction of recurrence of cerebral infarction.
