儿童鞍区肿瘤术后癫痫与血钠关系的临床研究

目的 研究儿童鞍区肿瘤术后癫痫与血钠关系及治疗。方法 观察术后发生癫痫情况，术前及术后每日检测血钠及24h出入量的变化并根据其变化进行治疗。结果 450例儿童鞍区肿瘤术后269例出现电解质紊乱，其中发生癫痫的29(29／269)例。结论 儿童鞍区肿瘤术后癫痫与血钠紊乱密切相关；血钠紊乱发生癫痫时常有血钠短时间内大幅度变化，变化幅度越大癫痫的发生率就越高；缓慢持续低钠血症或高钠血症，是不会因血钠紊乱而发生癫痫的。术后对血钠的监测并及时纠正，能有效的防治儿童鞍区肿瘤术后癫痫。

Clinical investigation of postoperative epilepsy in children associated with tumor in saddle area

O bj ective To investigate the mechanism and therapy between the epilepsy and the ele ctrolure disorder postoperative in children with saddle tumors.Methods Serum s odium was detected before and after the operation,and the epilepsy was observed .Therapy was performed to keep body fluid and electrolure balance according to the serum sodium,the patient with or without seizures.Results Electrolure di sorder was occured in269of450cases (59.78%)and seizure in29cases (10.78%)postoperatively.Conclusions The level of the serum sodium had significant relationship with seizure postoperatively in children with sellar t umors.Protection of the hypothalamun could effectively prevent the occurrence of seizure caused by electrolure disorder.It's important to detect and redress the serum sodium of the electrolure in time after operation which could preven t and cure seizure effectively.
