公立医院绩效考核的现状与对策

依据公共医疗卫生服务机构关于社会公益性质的明确定位，公立医院必须改进原有的运行模式和管理方法，其中绩效考核的改革无疑是其重要组成部分。本文通过对我国公立医院绩效考核的现状和存在问题进行分析，提出构建适合政府、社会以及患者对公立医院进行管理、监督、评价的绩效考核体系的对策，以期达到促进公立医院遵循医疗卫生方针政策，维护人民群众的根本利益。更好地体现公立医院的“公益性”和“非营利性”特征，保证卫生事业健康与可持续发展。
