附子炮制工艺的改进

摘    要:目的:研究测定不同切制方法炮制附子后乌头碱的含量差异,评价附子的炮制方法。方法:对附子采用传统炮制法和先切片后炮制,用HPLC测定乌头碱含量。结果:乌头碱在1.075~5.375μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率RSD为3.75%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于附子中乌头碱含量的测定。附子的改进炮制工艺中乌头碱含量低于传统炮制工艺。

Abstract:Objective :This passage research about discrepancy contents of aconitine in Radix Aconiti Lateralis which are processed by two different ways for selecting processing methods of Radix Aconiti Lateralis. Methods :The contents of aconitine in Radix Aconite Lateralis which are processing by two different ways are determined by HPLC. The one way is traditional processing, the other way is first cutting processing, Results : The calibration curves was linear in the range of 10. 75 - 53. 75μg( r = 0. 9993 ) for aeonitine. The average recovery was 99. 6% with RSD = 2. 79% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The way of processing is convert, sensitive, satisfactory accuracy, reproductive and it is adopt to determine aconitine. The content of aeonitine in upgraded processing was lower than traditional processing.
