| 摘 要： | 目的分析经外周静脉置入的中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC）置管化疗和静脉炎的关联,探索发生原因和预防解决方案。方法对145例PICC置管化疗患者住院资料进行分析,以是否发生静脉炎为应变量,插管次数、外周静脉穿刺部位、导管末端静脉位置、导管留置时间为自变量,采用多元逐步回归分析静脉炎发生的影响因素。结果PICC插管次数和导管末端静脉位置2大因素是静脉炎的重要影响因素,其偏回归系数分别为0.283、0.355,（P〈0.01）。结论PICC置管的技术操作、导管末端理想位置在预防静脉炎中有重要临床意义。
