| 摘 要： | 采用络合柱层法从新疆木香Ｉｎｕｌａ ｈｅｌｅｎｉｕｍ石油醚溶出部分分离得到两个结晶，经光谱分析鉴定为土木香内酯（Ａｌａｎｔｏｌａｃｔｏｎｅ）和异土木香内酯（Ｉｓｏａｌａｎｔｏｌａｃｔｏｎｅ）。

| Abstract: | Two crystalling Compounds were isolated from the extract of petroleum ether of roots of Inula helenium by silica gel-AgNO3 column. They were identified as Isoalantolactone (I) and Alantolactone (II) on the basis of spectral and physico-chemical analysis. |
