摘    要:目的:探讨愈痫灵颗粒剂水煎煮提取的最合理工艺条件,为工业化生产提供依据。方法:以浸膏得率、水煎液中阿魏酸含量为评价水提工艺指标,采用正交设计实验法优选工艺条件。结果:药材浸泡 30 min;加10倍量、8倍量水;加热提取1.5 h、1.0 h,浸膏得率及阿魏酸含量皆最高。结论:上述结果为本制剂水煎煮提取的最佳工艺条件,该工艺合理可行。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the aqueous extraction process for preparation of Yuxianling Granules in order to provide a basis for industrial-scale produce. Methods: The amount of extract and the content of ferulic acid were used as indexes of the extraction process for Yuxian- ling Granules. The aqueous extract optimum condition of preparation was selected by orthogonal experimental design.Results:The optimum extraction condition was adding ten,eight times amount of water into crude drug, soaking for 30 min,decocting for 1.5h,1.0h. Both the content of ferulic acid and the amount of extract were the highest. Conclusion:The above extraction process gave the most rational,feasible and satisfactory results.
