丙泊酚、芬太尼联合米索前列醇在无痛人工流产中的应用效果

目的观察丙泊酚、芬太尼联合米索前列醇在无痛人工流产中的麻醉效果。方法92例行无痛人工流产的健康妇女随机分为两组,观察组46例采用丙泊酚、芬太尼联合米索前列醇,对照组46例仅采用丙泊酚、芬太尼,比较两组的麻醉效果以及术中、术后效果。结果两组麻醉总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术后出血时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),宫缩幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚、芬太尼联合米索前列醇在无痛人工流产中,麻醉效果显著,并且能缩短手术时间、术后出血时间,减少术中出血量,加强宫缩幅度,值得临床推广应用。

Application of Propofol,Fentanyl Combined with Misoprostol in Painless Induced Abortion

Objective To observe the application effect of propofol,fentanyl combined with misoprostol in painless induced abortion.Method 92 cases of early healthy pregnant woman who requested painless induced abortion were randomly classified into two groups.Observation group with 46 cases used propofol,fentanyl combined with misoprostol,and control group with 46 cases used propofol and fentanyl only.The effect of anesthesia and operation between two groups were compared.Results The total anesthesia effects were not significantly different between two groups but the excellence rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control groups（P0.05）.The operation time and postopertion bleeding time in observation group were significantly shorter than control group（P0.05）.The operation bleeding amount was significantly lower than control group（P0.05）,and contraction ampitude was significantly larger than control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Propofol,fentanyl combined with misoprostol used in painless induced abortion has an effective anesthesia effect,which can shorten operation time and postoperation bleeding time,reduce operation bleeding amount,strengthen contraction ampitude.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
