脑梗死复发的相关危险因素分析

目的 分析诸多脑血管病危险因素与脑梗死复发的关系.方法 回顾性分析脑梗死病例资料完整的328例,分为复发脑梗死组67例和首发脑梗死组261例.分析2组病人的性别、年龄以及高血压、糖尿病、TIA、高血脂、心房颤动、冠心病、吸烟和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块等的发生率.结果 2组病人年龄有显著性差异(P＝0.01).脑梗死复发组的颈动脉粥样硬化性斑块(P＝0.005,OR＝2.58,95%可信区间为1.32～5.06)和TIA(P＝0.009,OR＝2.62,95%可信区间为1.24～5.52)的发生率都明显增高于首发组,而高血压(P＝0.015,OR＝2.60,95%可信区间为1.18～5.72)和糖尿病(P＝0.034,OR＝1.79,95%可信区间为1.04～3.07)也高于首发组.脑梗死复发的新病灶的部位与旧病灶在同侧大脑半球的可能性较大.结论 颈动脉粥样硬化性斑块、TIA、高血压和糖尿病都是脑梗死复发的重要危险因素.

Analysis of factors in association with recurrence of cerebral infarction
