高校民主管理机制构建探索

高校的民主管理对高校的和谐发展具有重要意义。本文通过分析指出我国高校在民主氛围、民主渠道、民主管理和民主监督方面仍然存在着一定的薄弱环节,提出通过法制宣传教育、校务公开、制度建设和构建学术权力与行政权力制衡机制等措施加强高校的民主管理建设。

Exploration into Constructing a Democratic Management System at Higher Education Institutions

Democratic management is essential to the harmonious development of higher education institutions.This paper analyzes some weaknesses such as democratic atmosphere and channels,democratic management and supervision at higher learning institutions.It points out that the construction of democratic management can be strengthened by legal education and publicity,transparent administrative affairs,system build-up and checking mechanism between academic power and administrative power.
