超声诊断乳腺肿瘤（附94例分析）

目的：分析乳腺肿瘤的声像图特征，提高乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断水平。材料和方法：９４例乳腺肿瘤均经手术和病理确诊。采用ＥＵＢ２７型和ＡＴＬ超４型超声显像仪和３．５ＭＨｚ的探头，进行水囊间接量法检查。结果：２２例良性肿瘤和７２例恶性肿瘤的诊断符合率分别为５０％和８６．１％。与良性肿瘤相比，恶性肿瘤的声像图表现为边界显著不规则（Ｐ〈０．００５），内部回声显著不均匀（Ｐ〈０．００５），并多无包膜（Ｐ〈０．

Ultrasonic Diagnosis for Breast Tumors

PURPOSE:To analyse the ultrasonogram feature and promote differentiated diagnosis between the benign and the malignant breast tumors. MATERIAL and METHOD:94 cases of breast tumors were examined with indirect probe method through water bag by EUB27 type and ATL super 4 type ultrasonograph instrument and 3 5MHz probe. RESULTS:Diagnosis-coincidence rate was 50% and 86 1% respectively for 22 cases of the benign tumors and 72,the malignancies which assumed ultrasonograpically features of obvious irregular bound (P<0 005),poorly-distributed inside echo lack of capsula mostly and infiltrative growth, compared with the bening ones, significant difference in morphology didn't exist between them(P<0 05),most of which were round or oval. Intumesce of axillary lymph node were present more frequently in the malignancies than in the benign ones. CONCLUSION:Ultrasonogram features should be analysed synthetically and boundary echo is a key feature to differentiate the malignancies from the benign ones and it is very important to find whether there is intumesce of axillary lymph node in differentiated diagnosis between the malignancies and the benign ones.
