2型糖尿病糖脂代谢状态与微量元素及维生素的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢状态与微量元素、维生素的关系。方法:收集2009年12月1日至30日在广州医学院第一附属医院就诊的50例2型糖尿病患者的资料,按糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)水平的不同将患者分为A组(HbA,C〈7.0%,28例)和B组(HbAlC≥7.0%,22例);按甘油三酯(TG)水平的不同将患者分为脂代谢异常组(TG≥1.5mmol/L,20例)和脂代谢正常组(TG〈1.5mmol/L,30例),分别检测患者血铬、镁、锌和维生素A、B6、C、E的水平,并进行比较。结果:B组患者血铬水平低于A组(t=2.012,P〈0.05)。脂代谢异常组患者血铬、血镁、维生素E水平均低于脂代谢正常组(t=-2.018、-2.064、-2.236,P〈0.05)。HbAlC水平与血铬水平呈负相关(r=-0.475,P〈0.05),TG水平与血铬、血镁、维生素E水平呈负相关(r=-0.433、-0.476、-0.483,P〈0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者糖代谢紊乱状态可能加重某些微量元素及维生素的丢失。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationships between glucose and lipid metabolism and trace elements, vitamins in patients with type 2 diabetics. Methods : Fifty patients with type 2 diabetics that visited 1 st Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from Dee 1 st to Dec 30th in 2009 were divided into 4 groups according to their HbA and TG levels as follows : Group A with HbALC 〈 6.9% , Group B with HbALC ≥7.0% , Group C with TG ≥ 1.5 mmoL/L and Group D with TG 〈 1.5 mmol/L. Trace elements including chromium, magnesium and zinc as well as vitamin A, B6, C and E were measured respectively and made a comparison. Results: Chromium level of Group B was significantly lower than that of Group A(t = -2. 012,P 〈 0.05). The levels of chromium, magnesium and vitamin E were significantly lower in Group C than those in Croup D ( t = - 2. 018, -2. 064、 -2. 236 ,P 〈 0.05 ). The level of HbAl C was positively correlated with the level of chromium (r = -0. 475 ,P 〈0.05). There were positive correlations between the level of TG and the levels of chromium, magnesium and vitamin E respeetively( r = - 0. 433, - 0. 476, - 0. 483, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : The severer disorders of glucose metabolism might aggravate the loss of some trace elements and vitamins.
