坦索罗辛预防肛肠术后尿潴留的效果观察

目的 探讨坦索罗辛(哈乐)预防肛肠术后尿潴留的临床效果.方法 64例肛肠术后患者随机分为两组,每组32例.坦索罗辛组给予常规治疗并于肛肠术后4h开始口服坦索罗辛0.2 mg一次,以后口服坦索罗辛0.2 mg/d;对照组仅给予常规治疗,未予促进排尿药物处理.比较两组尿潴留导尿的发生率及术后镇痛剂应用情况.结果 两组患者使用镇痛剂情况差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；因排尿不畅进行导尿的患者发生率相似,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 坦索罗辛虽然可以改善排尿困难,但对肛肠术后发生的尿潴留无预防作用.

Effect of tamsulosin in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention following anorectal surgery

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin in the prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention following anorectal surgery. Methods Sixty-four patients after anorectal surgery were randomized into two groups, each with 32 cases. Patients in the study group were given 0.2 mg tamsulosin daily four hours after surgery based on routine therapy. Patients in the control group were treated by routine therapy. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and the use of analgesics were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and the use of analgesics showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Tamsulosin does not significantly lower the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, which is not helpful for the prevention of urinary retention after anorectal surgery.
