| 摘 要： | 郭子光教授治疗慢性肾炎，认为其发病是多因素所致，多层次受累，多属性表现。临床表现有实证、虚证和虚实夹杂证。治疗以辨证论治为指导，详辨邪正虚实，细察阴阳消长，强调络道瘀滞，从三方面着手治疗。

| Abstract: | Prof. GUO considered that chronic nephritis is caused by multiple factors, involved by multiple aspects and manifested as multiple attributions. Clinically, it is manifested as excess syndrome, deficiency syndrome and combination of both. Its treatment should accord with syndrome differentiation, including predominance of pathogenic factor or healthy qi, excess or deficiency, wax or wane of yin and yang, and the stagnation of collaterals. |
