膝骨关节炎患者血浆中IL-17、IL-22的表达水平及其临床意义

目的 探讨膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）患者血浆中IL-17、IL-22的水平及其临床意义.方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法检测50例膝骨关节炎患者和50例正常对照者血浆中IL-17、IL-22水平,并分析二者间的相关性.结果 膝骨关节炎患者血浆IL-17、IL-22水平与正常对照组相比明显增高[（IL-17：（27.42±14.26） pg/ml vs（18.62±10.37） pg/ml;IL-22（45.29 ±23.42） pg/ml vs （29.16±15.71） pg/ml;P ＜0.05],差异均有有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;膝骨关节炎患者血浆中IL-17水平与IL-22水平之间呈正相关（r =0.652,P＜0.05）.结论 膝骨关节炎患者血浆IL-17、IL-22增高,可能参与了骨关节炎的发病过程.

The plasma levels of interleukin 17 and interleukin 22 in patients with knee osteoarthritis and their clinical significance

Objective To explore the plasma levels of interleukin 17 （IL-17） and interleukin 22（IL-22） in the patients with knee os- teoarthritis and clinical significance. Methods The plasma levels of IL-17 and IL-22 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis and 50 healthy controls. Results The plasma levels of IL-17 and IL-22 were statistically higher in patients with knee osteoarthritis than those in healthy controls [ IL-17 ： （27.42 ±14.26） pg/ml vs （ 18.62 ±10.37 ） pg/ml ; IL- 22 ： （45.29 ±23.42 ） pg/ml vs （ 29.16 ±15.71 ） pg/ml ; P 〈 0.05 ]. The plasma level of IL-17 was positively correlated with IL-22 in patients with knee osteoarthritis （r = 0. 652 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The plasma levels of IL-17 and IL-22 increase in the patients with knee osteoarthritis, and they may participate in the occurrence of knee osteoarthritis.
