大鼠皮肤吸收~(147)Pm规律的初步观察

摘    要:
选用体重为130±10g的雄性大鼠18只,分成3组。分别给大鼠皮肤脱毛区沾染~(147)Pm溶液(P~H3.5)。沾染活度:第1组为25μCi/cm~2;第2组为250μCi/cm~2;第3组为2500μCi/cm~2。根据PUQFUA方法的基本原理和静脉注射后~(147)Pm尿排泄分数方程,由尿~(147)Pm实测值估算出不同时间皮肤吸收~(147)Pm分数。根据不同时间吸收分数,用最小二乘法,拟合出不同活度~(147)Pm沾染后,皮肤吸收分数方程。

Abstract:
18 male rats weighing 130+10g were divided into 3 groups. The 147Pm solution at PH3.5 was contaminated on the epilation area of the skin. Contamination activity was 25uCi/cm2 for the first group, 250uCi/cm2 for the second group, 2500uCi/cm2 for the third group. According to the fundamental principle of PUQFUA method and the excretion equation of 147Pm in rat, the absorbing fraction of 147Pm through Skin was calculated by the data of urine 147Pm determined. By the absorbing fraction at different time after contamination, the absorbing fraction equation of l47Pm through skin of rat was worked out with least square method.
