2005-2007年山西省太原市学校传染病疫情分析

目的分析2005-2007年山西省太原市学校传染病暴发疫情的流行病学特征。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对太原市2005-2007年学校传染病暴发疫情进行分析。结果2005-2007年太原市学校传染病暴发疫情共发生12起,其中以小学最为常见,占事件的75%;2005-2007年学校传染病暴发疫情以4-6月为多,占全部暴发疫情的75%;2005-2007年学校传染病暴发疫情为乙类、丙类和非法定传染病,各占33.3%,主要病种为水痘,占33.3%;在12起传染病暴发疫情中,经呼吸道传播的占75%,其次为经肠道传播占25%。发病人数672人,波及人数65 949人,罹患率为1.02%。结论2005-2007年太原市学校传染病暴发疫情为乙类、丙类和非法定传染病,主要经呼吸道传播,其次为经肠道传播。

Analysis of infectious diseases epidemic in schools in Taiyuan,Shanxi province,2005-2007

Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of infectious disease outbreaks in schools in Taiyuan from 2005 to 2007. Methods The descriptive study was conducteded to analyze the outbreaks in schools in Taiyuan during these period.
