| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声显像应用于小儿急腹症中的诊断价值.方法 通过对108例小儿急腹症患者超声资料的回顾性分析,并将超声诊断结果与术后病理或治疗后复诊及其他检查结果相对照.结果 本组患儿肠套叠40例,阑尾炎29例,肠系膜淋巴结炎27例,肠梗阻8例,内脏出血3例,胆囊结石1例.结论 超声检查对诊断小儿急腹症具有较高的应用价值,是小儿急腹症首选可靠的影像学检查.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen in children.Methods The ultrasound data in 108 cases of children acute abdomen were retrospectively analyzed.These ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with those of pathological examination after operation,or further consultation after treatment and other inspection results.Results Among these cases,there were 40 cases of indigitation,29 cases of appendictis,27 cases of adenomesenteritis,8 cases of ileus,3 cases of visceral hemorrhage and 1 case of cholecystolithiasis.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination has great application value in diagnosis of acute abdomen in children,which is a preferred and reliable imaging examination in acute abdomen in children. |
