| 摘 要： | 目的 观察家庭康复训练在外伤性截瘫患者中的应用效果.方法 将云南省荣誉军人康复医院2005年8月至2011年6月收治的外伤性截瘫患者43例,随机分对照组21例采用常规护理方法和观察组在常规护理方法的基础上加强家庭康复训练,比较分析2组的临床效果.结果 观察组并发症发生率为4.5%,明显低于对照组的38.1%,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 家庭康复训练在外伤性截瘫患者中的应用效果较佳,减少并发症的发生,促进患者日常活动能力的恢复. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the training effect of the family rehabilitation on patients with traumatic paraplegia.Methods In our hospital,from August 2005 to June 2011,43 patients with traumatic paraplegia were randomly divided into two groups:22 patients in the observation group and 21 patients in the control group.The family rehabilitation was applied intensively at the base of the regular nursing in the observation group,the rugular nursing was applied in the control group.Result The incidence of the complication in the observation group was 4.5%,it was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.1%)by the T-test(P<0.05),there was a significance statistically.Conclusion The training effect of the family rehabilitation on the patients with traumatic paraplegia in the observation group is better than the control group,as it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the activities of daily living. |
