| 摘 要： | ERCC-1基因是目前恶性肿瘤基因治疗研究中的新靶点.采用反义寡核苷酸技术可以抑制ERCC1基因的表达,从而降低肿瘤细胞DNA修复的能力,增强对铂类化疗药物的敏感性.为肺癌特别是非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的治疗提供了新的思路.

| Abstract: | ERCC-1 gene is a new target in cancer gene therapy research.The antisense oligonucleotides can inhibit the expression of the ERCC1 gene,which reduces the ability of tumor cell DNA repair and enhances the sensitivity to platinum-based chemotherapy drugs,and provide a new approach for the treatment of lung cancer,especially non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). |
