摘    要:目的:研究宝贝开胃颗粒(BKG)的药效学作用。方法:通过大鼠胃液分析,Meet法测定胃蛋白酶活性,观察BKG对大鼠胃功能的影响;通过测定小鼠胃甲基橙残留量和肠碳末推进百分率,观察BKG对小鼠胃排空和肠推进运动的影响;通过利血平致脾虚模型小鼠的常压耐缺氧和抗疲劳游泳试验,观察BKG的强身健脾作用。结果:BKG能显著促进大鼠胃液分泌,增加总酸排出量,提高胃液总酸度,明显促进小肠推进运动,但不影响胃蛋白酶活性;BKG2g/kg以上能明显促进胃排空,延长脾虚型小鼠的常压耐缺氧和游泳时间。结论:BKG具有消滞除满,开胃健脾的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To research the pharmacological effects of Baobei Kaiwei granule(BKG). Methods: The influence of BKG on the gastric function was researched by the analysis of the gastric juice and the measuration of the albumen enzymatic vigor in the stomach by Meet's method.Its effects on the gastric emptying and the intestinal pushing movement of rats could be observed by measuring the leftover quantity of the cymene-orange in the stomach and the carbon-black length in the intestines.The spleen insufficient rats were used to test the time of enduring meager oxygen in natural atmospheric pressure and resisting the fatigue of swimming to prove BKG strengthening effect. Results: BKG could markedly increase the secretion of the gastric juice,improve total acidity and quantity of hydrochloric acid in the gastric juice,but there was no change of the albumen enzymatic vigor.BKG could also decreased the leftover quantity of the cymene-orange in the stomach and prolong carbon-black length of its intestines markedly.According to the statistic,the BKG could prolong the alive time in these two strengthening experiments. Conclusion: BKG invigorated the stomach and spleen obviously.
