摘 要: | 利用现场调查和统计学分析方法,对顾客满意度得分进行分析,旨在建立一套后勤社会化服务质量的顾客满意度指标体系,为国有医院实施全方位后勤社会化服务质量的监督与管理提供考核工具。

Abstract: | Using field experimental investigation and statistical analysis, the scores data of monthly socializing logistics serv-ice quality from customer satisfaction are collected and analyzed for last six years. The purpose was to establish an index system of social logistics service quality feedback from customer satisfaction, and provided assessment tool in supervision and management of the service quality during all social logistics in station-owned hospital. |
