| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨窒息新生儿血液阴离子间隙（AG）与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）发生率间的关系,以助早期诊治。方法：采用全自动血气分析仪对95例窒息新生儿进行外周动脉血血气分析,同时进行血电解质检测,计算具体的AG值。结果：窒息新生儿存在轻到中度的酸中毒,正常AG组与高AG组之间pH值和BE值差别无显著意义（P（0.05）。但两组之间HIE的发生率差异有显著性意义（P（0.05）。结论：AG值可作为预测窒息新生儿HIE的重要指标,指导临床诊断和治疗。 |
