| 摘 要： | 目的研究冠心病患者支架植入术后康复运动对血脂的影响,为冠状动脉支架术后科学的康复运动提供理论依据。方法对植入冠状动脉支架的高血脂患者随机分为康复组和对照组,对照组进行常规术后治疗并按日常习惯运动,康复组除常规治疗外同时进行科学的康复运动训练,比较2组患者血脂水平。结果 2组患者术后对冠心病认知程度有均明显提高,2组间比较,康复组对冠心病认识程度显著提高,血脂明显下降。结论康复运动改善了冠状动脉支架术后患者的血脂水平,降低了危险因素。 |
