| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨各类肾损伤的诊断依据 ,治疗方法。方法 分析 1 5 1例肾损伤的临床表现、影像学资料 ,非手术治疗 6 7例 ,手术治疗 84例。结果 本组病例有 4 5例 ,经 3～ 5年随访 ,临床症状、影像学检查均正常。结论 肾损伤中应注重保守疗法与手术治疗适应证 ,采用恰当的治疗 ,是治疗的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis bases of varied renal injuries. Methods The clinical data of 151 cases renal injury in manifestation and screenage were analyzed. 67 cases were treated conservatively and 84 cases were performed operation. Results 45 cases were followed up for 3～5 years and their symptom and screenage were normal. Conclusion The indication of conservative treatment and operation should pay attention to. The proper treatment might be key important. |
