应用爱维治联合曲安奈德治疗前部缺血性视神经病变

目的观察爱维治联合曲安奈德治疗前部缺血性视神经病变（AION）的疗效。方法临床确诊AION病例36例（36眼），采用静脉滴注爱维治注射液1200mg／d，15d为1个疗程；曲安奈德注射液20mg，球后注射1次。每天观察视力、眼底，治疗前有视野检查的复查视野。结果治疗后视力明显提高，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；治疗前作视野检查的27例，治疗后好转23例，占85．2％，无明显改变4例，占14．8％；视盘水肿完全或部分消退29只眼，有效率80．5％，无明显变化7只眼，占19．5％。结论应用爱维治联合曲安奈德治疗前部缺血性视神经病变安全、有效。

Therapeutic effects observation on clinical use of Actovegin combining Triamcinolone Acetonide in treating anterior ischemic optical neuropathy

Objective To observe clinical effect of Actovegin in Combination with Triamcinolone Acetonide in treatment of anterior ischemic optical neuropathy （AION）. Methods 36 eyes with the diagnosis of AION were treated with intravenous of Actovegin （1200,ng/d）, the course was 15 days, and with retrobulbar injection of 20mg Triamcinolone Acetonide once. Vision and ocular fundus were examined each day and so was the visual field to contrast with the one before the treatment. Results Vision was improved and the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ） ;Among the 27 eyes with visual field, there has been an improvement in 23 eyes （ 85.2% ）, and 4 eyes （ 14. 8% ） had no changes. Optic disc edema in 29 eyes （ 80. 5% ） were disappeared thoroughly or partialy and in 7 eyes （14. 8% ） had no changes. Conclusions Actovegin in combination with Triamcinolone Acetonide in treatment of AION is safe and effective.
